Personal Achievement: Graduating the University of Florida with a 3.9 GPA.

Why I am Inspired to be a RISE Mentor: I want to be the role model I needed when I was a teenager that wasn’t there. I want to inspire athletes from all walks of life and help instill confidence and belief within them.

What would I tell my 13-year-old self:  Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing and focus on what works best for YOU.

Favorite way to focus: Meditation

Best way to rest/recover: Sitting on the beach with a book in my hands.

Fun Fact: I play the violin and piano!

What I do now: I run clinics and give speeches to swim teams and companies throughout the nation, and travel for fun!

My Favorite Mentoring Moment: Having one of my girls call me personally to say they reached their goals and that I was a huge part of their success.
