Medals: Gold

Favorite Athletic Achievement: Winning the Women's Quadruple Sculls at the 2015 World Championships for the first time ever for the USA.

Personal Achievement: I'm proud that I persevered and found ways to overcome and manage injuries to come back and compete at the highest level.

Why I am Inspired to be a RISE Mentor: It took me a long time to realize that the hardest part of training, at any level, is the mental part. I would love to give back what I learned and be a source of guidance for the next generation.

What would I tell my 13-year-old self:  The little things don't matter. When I figured out how to relax and see the big picture, I started improving and having more fun!

Favorite way to focus: Journaling

Best way to rest/recover: Cooking/baking and then eating everything

Fun Fact: My family had llamas growing up!

What I do now: I recently retired from elite training and moved to Bend, OR to enjoy the outdoors and figure out what comes next.
